If a talking presenter is the video you want, it is a serious product and this page is not going to pretend otherwise. LaunchValid makes the other kind, deliberately. When HeyGen is the better choice
If you want a presenter, buy HeyGen. That is not a polite exception: a talking head is the right format for a course, a product walkthrough, an internal announcement, or anything where somebody explaining it is the point. Their avatar library and their dubbing are genuinely good and we have no equivalent to either. It is also the better choice if you need the same video in eight languages, which is a job we do not do. And if you have a real person willing to be filmed, that beats both of us.
Where LaunchValid is different
LaunchValid never puts a person on screen speaking words they did not say, and that is a decision rather than a missing feature. A face that is almost right is worse than no face, and a generated presenter implying an endorsement nobody gave is a claim about a testimonial. So the video is the situation instead: a picture made for every scene, the script set over it, music underneath, and a vertical file you download and keep. The script is written from research about your own market rather than from a prompt. You pay once for one video rather than subscribing, and if a scene comes out wrong you remake that scene and say what was wrong with it, rather than rolling the dice again on the whole thing.

Is LaunchValid a HeyGen alternative?
For the job of getting a short video for the feed, yes. For avatars, voice cloning or dubbing, no, and HeyGen is the right buy. We deliberately do not put a generated person on camera.
Why no avatars?
Because a face that is almost right is worse than no face at all, and because a generated person implying a real endorsement is a claim about a testimonial rather than a style choice. The format we make instead does not ask anybody to believe a stranger is vouching for you.
Do I have to subscribe?
No. One video is one fixed price, with no account needed to start. If you are making them every week a subscription is the cheaper shape, and ours has one, but you are not required to begin there.
Can I use both?
Yes. Plenty of businesses want a presenter for the explainer on their site and a faceless video for the feed. They are different jobs and neither tool does the other one well.
