rowanandfig We tried. Twice the dough means a second overnight prove, which means a second oven load, which means the two o'clock batch comes out at half past three and nobody wants an afternoon loaf on a Friday.

So it sells out, and we would rather it did than sell you something we hurried. Nine o'clock. Bring a bag.
