Data room
Give investors the documents they ask for, and see who actually opened them.
What it is
A private room for the documents investors ask for, curated by you. You share it as a single link, and only the people you choose can get in.
What is in the room
We write four documents from your research: an executive summary, a company profile, a financials brief, and a market brief. Your investor memo is added to the room as well, so the story and the documents an investor reads sit in one place. You can upload your own files alongside them.
Why it matters
Sending files around is messy and hard to track. One clean, controlled link looks professional and tells you who is actually reading, so you know where the real interest is.
How it works
Read the documents, rename or reorder them, leave any of them out, and rebuild one from your research if it needs to change. Upload your own files alongside them, then choose who gets access and set links to expire when you like. Each time someone opens a link you see it, so you can follow up at the right moment.
Buy it once, without a subscription
You can also buy the Data Room on its own, with the investor memo included in the room. See the data room page for the price and to start one.
