Outreach Policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026 (originally drafted September 18, 2026)
This policy explains how the Reach Out feature operates, how your connected professional accounts are used, and the rules governing messages sent through LaunchValid. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. LaunchValid is operated by AmpFi App LLC.
1. What Reach Out Is
Reach Out enables founders to connect their personal professional profile or dedicated mailbox to initiate conversations with potential customers and aligned investors. Messages, connection invitations, and post reactions or peer comments are performed under your own name, carrying genuine, research-backed reasons to connect.
Every message step and suggested reply is placed in your studio for review. Your own words go out by default, and drafted suggestions require your explicit approval before dispatch. You can organize outreach using nine structured Customer Sales and Capital-Raising Playbooks (including Customer Discovery, Product Demo and Pilot, High-Ticket Service, Competitor Switcher, Warm Event Follow-Up, VC Equity and Angel Investors, Venture Debt and Revenue-Based Financing, Portfolio Founder Warm Introduction, and Strategic Corporate VC and Family Offices), generate forwardable two-sentence introduction blurbs for mutual connectors, and attach proof-shelf tracked links (/r/:token) or tracked diligence data room links (/d/:token) that record when a recipient opens and views your shared research, validation proof, or fundraising materials.
2. Independent Messaging Partners and Daily Sending Limits
Connection handling, post reactions, comments, and network delivery on LinkedIn are managed through independent communication partners. Our messaging partners are not official partners of LinkedIn Corporation and are not endorsed by LinkedIn.
External social networks and email providers maintain their own usage policies, terms of service, and behavioral monitoring systems. External platforms reserve the right to limit, restrict, or suspend accounts at their sole discretion.
Daily sending and post interaction limits
We design our sending and post interaction schedules to operate with conservative daily caps, incorporating gradual ramp schedules, quiet hours in each recipient's local time zone, daily sending limits, and strict daily per-project ceilings on LinkedIn post reactions and peer comments. We cannot and do not guarantee that an external platform will never challenge or restrict a connected profile.
3. Connecting Your Accounts and Founder Attestations
To safeguard your professional reputation and account health when connecting your accounts, you must agree to the following operational rules before connecting:
- Personal Identity: You attest that any connected LinkedIn profile belongs to you personally, or to a team member who explicitly consented to connect their professional identity to this workspace.
- No Conflicting Tools: You agree not to operate concurrent browser extensions, automation scripts, or scraping tools on the connected account. Using multiple automated tools on a single account is the primary reason external platforms restrict accounts.
- Respecting Platform Holds: If an external platform requires security verification or pauses message delivery, our system immediately halts all outgoing actions. We will not attempt to bypass platform security notices.
4. Who You Can Reach, Unsubscribes and Suppression
You are the sender of record for every message, invitation, social comment, and email dispatched through your connected accounts:
- Accurate Sender Information: Messages sent from your account accurately represent your identity and business.
- Event and Conference Contacts: When you import or add contacts you met at an event, conference, or Demo Day (
where_met, context notes, and tags), you must attest on import that you have a genuine prior interaction or permission to follow up. If an event contact has gone quiet, you may send a single one-time re-permission check-in message asking whether they would like to continue the conversation, and if they do not reply or if they decline, no further automated follow-up may be sent. - Sales and Capital-Raising Playbooks, Proof-Shelf Links, and Data Room Links: When you use a Sales or Capital-Raising Playbook or include a proof-shelf tracked link (
/r/:token) or tracked diligence data room link (/d/:token) in a message, read-time and view beacons tell you whether the recipient opened the material so you can follow up thoughtfully rather than repeatedly messaging unresponsive contacts. - Capital-Raising and Investor Outreach Compliance: LaunchValid provides software workflow tools, research briefs, and message drafting assistance. LaunchValid is not a registered broker-dealer, funding portal, or investment adviser, does not offer or solicit securities on your behalf, and does not receive transaction-based compensation or success fees on any capital you raise. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your investor communications, forwardable introduction blurbs, and shared data room materials comply with applicable securities laws and exemptions.
- Physical Postal Address: In accordance with commercial messaging laws, cold email messages require a valid postal address associated with your business project.
- Unsubscribes and Suppression: Every email provides a clear, functional one-click unsubscribe mechanism. When a recipient asks to stop receiving messages or declines further contact, our platform suppresses that contact across all active workspaces.
5. Billing, Seats, and Non-Refundable Period
Outreach seats are billed as independent monthly subscription items:
- Monthly Seat Price: Each connected account incurs a fee of thirty dollars per month. This fee covers delivery infrastructure, partner connectivity, and maintenance for the calendar month beginning on the date of connection.
- No Partial Refunds: You may disconnect your account at any time from your settings. Fees paid for the current monthly period are non-refundable.
- Account Limits and Seat Termination: If an external platform limits or restricts your personal account, message sending stops immediately. If a restriction cannot be resolved, your outreach seat terminates automatically at the conclusion of the paid billing month without refund or prorated credit.
6. Data Processing, Contact Privacy, and Team Contact Reassignment
We process business and investor contact information solely to help founders identify qualified customers and aligned investors and manage authentic outreach conversations:
- Contact Sourcing and Live Web Dossiers: Contact details and research briefs are gathered from public professional profiles, public post engagement signals (such as individuals who publicly like or comment on your published LinkedIn posts or watched competitor posts), founder-uploaded lists (including event and conference CSV imports with
where_metand notes), live public web search results (including company news, investor thesis notes, portfolio companies, and additional colleagues at the same firm), or verified business research providers. - Team Contact Reassignment: When a workspace owner or administrator removes a team member from a project, they may preview and reassign that departing member's outreach contacts, active conversation threads, and pending follow-up tasks to a successor teammate in the same workspace so ongoing customer and investor conversations are not orphaned. All prior suppression, opt-out, and consent records remain attached to each reassigned contact.
- Opt-Out and Removal: Any individual can request immediate removal from our platform through our unauthenticated removal portal. Once confirmed, their profile identifier and email address are placed on our permanent suppression list.
- Data Retention: We retain conversation delivery records and webhook events for compliance, delivery verification, and abuse prevention.
7. Modifications to This Policy
When we update this policy to reflect operational or legal requirements, we will update the date at the top of this document. Changes that alter seat terms or sending rules will require your review and confirmation before your next account connection or scheduled dispatch.
