What changed: This version raises the Social plan to $24 for a year and records the once-a-year included week: two posts written for you with a photograph each, and one 15 second video. The twelve-delivery monthly cap is unchanged, and credits still do not raise that cap. People already subscribed at $12 keep that price. Earlier, this version corrected the Starter price in Section 5.2 to $55 a month for 600 credits, which is the price on the site, and added coverage for Presentation Videos, Companion Carousels (companion-carousel), Printable Cheat-Sheet PDFs (cheatsheet.pdf), and Team Contact Reassignment. Earlier (including the September 18, 2026 update), videos became part of what LaunchValid makes for you, and this version covers them everywhere the old wording stopped at posts and pictures. Section 3 describes the studio as making short vertical videos as well as posts, with words on screen or a narrated voice and music underneath. Section 5.2 adds AI videos to the things that spend credits and explains that what a video costs depends on the choices you make before it starts, every one of them priced before anything is made. Section 5.9 now covers a Story Video alongside the single documents, and it says what the free revision on a video actually is: one scene, whichever change you ask for first, inside the same 48-hour window and the same cap of three free revisions per project. Section 6.7 says that a video we make for you is marked as made with AI wherever a platform provides a setting for it, and that the marking is not yours to switch off. A new Section 6.9 (Videos we make for you) covers the rest: a narrated voice is a generated voice rather than a recording of a person, the pictures and the moving scenes are generated and can get details wrong, the music is generated for your video, and every finished video is given a page of its own at a LaunchValid address, which the Publishing Policy describes in full. Sections 5.5, 5.8, 5.12 and 9.1 fold that page into what we host for you, what happens to it when the money stops, and what you are responsible for, and Section 8.1 now names your social posts, the pictures made for them, and your videos, including their narration and music, among the outputs you own. Section 10 says our publishing provider delivers videos as well as posts. Earlier, entry to LaunchValid became paid, and this version says so in every place the old wording did not. There is no free plan, no ongoing free allowance, and no free assessment, and the free first look is no longer offered on its own. Section 5.1 now lists four paid plans: Social at $12 for a year, charged once a year, alongside the monthly Starter, Pro, and Business plans, and it adds the small credit top-up of 80 credits for $5. A new Section 5.11 (The Social plan) sets out what that plan includes, which is composing your own words onto your own pictures, scheduling those posts, a personal page, and the assistant on Telegram, and it states the limit plainly: twelve posts a month, counted as deliveries across the accounts you connect, so one piece sent to three accounts uses three of the twelve. The Social plan includes no credits, so AI writing and AI pictures are bought separately and always show their price before you press the button. Section 5.5 is now a money-back guarantee rather than a general statement that fees are non-refundable: thirty days on the Social plan and fourteen days on a monthly plan, refunded in full with nothing deducted for what you used, available once per customer on a first purchase and never on a renewal, and a refund ends your access the same day. A new Section 5.12 (Renewal, grace, and lapse) describes what happens when a renewal payment fails: fourteen days of grace with reminder emails, and then a lapse in which your published pages stay online and carry a small "Built with LaunchValid" line, scheduling stops, anything already scheduled is frozen rather than published and starts again when you pay, and exporting your own pictures and your brief always works. A new Section 6.8 (The assistant on Telegram) covers the assistant you can link to write and schedule posts by chat, what we store when you link it, and how to unlink. Section 5.10 now says the included first-project setup belongs to the monthly plans and that research is something you choose rather than something every account runs, with the first research run on your account included. Sections 3, 9.1, and 10 gained your personal page, the assistant, and Telegram as a named third party. Earlier, we described the social posting feature: Section 3 lists it, Section 10 names Post for Me as the provider that delivers your posts, and Section 6.7 (Publishing to your connected social accounts) says plainly that we transmit the content you approve to the platforms you connect under their terms, that a scheduled post can publish later than its scheduled time and can be sent again after a refusal that looks temporary, that delivery is confirmed after the fact and we email you if a post permanently fails, and that approving a planned week schedules its pieces to publish automatically, with a control that stops everything not yet posted. Earlier, we corrected Section 5.7 (Live working sessions and consent) to say that we ask for your consent separately for every live session and that accepting one never carries over to the next, and we added three clauses for one-time document purchases: Section 5.9 (Free revision on a one-time purchase), Section 6.5 (Brand assets and trademark clearance), and Section 6.6 (Business plan is not legal, tax, or financial advice). Earlier updates added Traffic Packs and how hosting bandwidth is billed, made clear that you own the outputs we generate for you, explained that a published page or app includes our hosting runtime, and added rules for published pages plus a copyright takedown process.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LaunchValid website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by AmpFi App LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as LaunchValid (“LaunchValid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Service includes launchvalid.com, our applications, and the founder subdomains we host on vld.vc, along with the visitor analytics on those pages.

By creating an account, clicking “I agree,” or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and “you” refers to that entity.

2. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. The Service is intended for founders, entrepreneurs, and professionals validating or launching business ideas. You may not use the Service if you are barred under applicable law or if we have suspended or terminated your account.

3. Description of the Service

LaunchValid provides:

AI-powered research workspace: structured business research documents, research import, comment-driven updates, and a Research Notebook with grounded chat and citations.
Team collaboration: project invites with role-based access (owner, editor, viewer, chat-only) and configurable source scope. On the Business plan, an account owner can also build an account team whose members create their own projects paid from the owner's shared credit pool.
Validation tasks: task lists and publishing to a marketplace of independent sellers.
Concept Design Studio: AI-generated wireframes, brand directions, and full-color clickable prototypes for your business idea (separate from LaunchValid’s own branding).
Validation Studio: hosted validation pages and working built apps generated from your research and published on vld.vc subdomains to test real demand. These pages and apps collect visitor analytics and the leads or entries people submit, which we store for you as described in the Privacy Policy.
Fundraising workspace and customer or investor outreach: pitch decks and data rooms that present curated fundraising documents to investors, along with customer sales and capital-raising outreach playbooks, company and investor research briefs, forwardable introduction blurbs, and LinkedIn or email conversation workflows governed by the Outreach Policy. You can share a data room through expiring share links or tracked diligence data room links (/d/:token), including for sensitive financial documents such as a cap table, and we record the viewer email and view analytics so you can see who opened the room. LaunchValid is a software provider and is not a broker-dealer, funding portal, or investment adviser.
Posts, videos, and social publishing: a studio that writes social posts and matching images from your research and plans them into a weekly calendar, makes short vertical videos that tell your story scene by scene, with words on screen or a narrated voice and music underneath, and includes a composer that puts words you typed onto pictures you own without any AI involved. If you connect your social accounts, we deliver the posts and videos you schedule to those accounts at their planned times through our publishing provider, as described in Section 6.7.
Your personal page: a page about you, your practice, or your business, built from what you tell us and the look you choose, and published at a LaunchValid address.
The assistant on Telegram: an optional assistant you link to your account and then message on Telegram to write, preview, and schedule posts, as described in Section 6.8.
Programs (accelerators): organizations can run application intake, AI-assisted screening, cohorts, pooled credits that fund member research, live working sessions, and alumni tracking, as described in Section 5.
Marketplace and payments: founders may publish tasks; sellers may bid; payments are processed through Stripe Connect with funds held until you approve deliverables.
Optional build quotes: custom development quotes from LaunchValid after concept approval (separate agreement may apply).

We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

4. Accounts and security

You register and sign in with Google or with an emailed sign-in link (a single-use link we send to your email address). We do not use passwords. You are responsible for the security of the email account or Google account you sign in with. Notify us promptly at hello@launchvalid.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

5. Subscriptions, credits, and billing

5.1 Plans

There are four paid plans and there is no free plan. Social costs $24 for a year and is charged once a year. Starter, Pro, and Business are charged every month. Section 5.11 sets out what the Social plan includes and the limit that comes with it.

Plans, optional credit boost purchases, and the small credit top-up are billed through Stripe using hosted Checkout, the Pricing Table on our website, and the Stripe Customer Portal for subscription management. Boosts are one-time credit purchases sold in fixed sizes (500, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, and 5,000 credits), and the top-up is a one-time purchase of 80 credits for $5, both at the prices shown on our website. We do not collect or store full payment card numbers on our servers. Stripe does give us a short code that stands for the card you paid with, without being the card number, and we keep it to prevent fraud and to apply the money-back guarantee in Section 5.5 once per customer. Current pricing is shown on our website and may change with notice.

5.2 Credits

AI features (research updates, notebook chat, research sync, Concept Studio generations, comment-driven regenerations, AI writing, AI pictures, and AI videos) consume credits. Starter, Pro, and Business include a monthly credit allowance that resets according to your tier. The Social plan has no monthly credit allowance. Once each paid year at the $24 price it receives a credit grant sized for two written photographed posts and one 15 second video. Other AI actions on Social are bought separately, and anything that spends credits shows you its price before you press the button. When credits are exhausted, AI features stop until you buy a top-up or a boost, upgrade your plan, or your next billing cycle grants the year again. You can also enable auto top-up, which buys a boost of the size you choose automatically when your balance falls below a threshold you set, and you can change or turn off auto top-up at any time.

A video is the largest of these by some distance, and what it costs depends on the choices you make before it starts: how many scenes it has, how long it runs, how good you ask the pictures and the moving scenes to look, and whether you add a narrated voice or music underneath. Every one of those choices is priced in front of you, so you see the whole number before anything is made and a video never costs more than the figure you agreed to.

Several things never cost credits: putting your own words onto your own pictures, scheduling those posts, the personal page that comes with the Social plan, and the assistant's ordinary way of making a post, which composes the words you sent it rather than writing new ones for you.

There is no free plan, no ongoing free allowance, and no free assessment. Entry is paid, either the Social plan at $24 for the year or a monthly plan at its full price. Starter is currently $55 a month for 600 credits, and single documents can also be bought on their own as a one-time purchase.

Research is something you choose rather than something every account runs. You can add research to a project when you want it. On a monthly plan, the first research run on your account is included and uses none of your credits, together with the first look that comes with it: your idea stated back to you, the riskiest assumptions in it, and your first steps. Research after that, and research on the Social plan, which includes none, is priced in credits, with the choices and the price shown before anything starts.

If you cancel a paid subscription, credits already on your account are not deleted, but your monthly allowance stops renewing and you cannot spend those credits on AI features until you subscribe again. Marketplace escrow is separate from credits and is not affected by your plan.

5.3 Business team credit pool

On the Business plan you can invite team members. Projects your members create are paid for from your account's credit pool, and you are responsible for that usage. You can see the title and credit usage of each team project, and you can turn a member's ability to create projects on or off at any time. Removing a member, or a member leaving your team, stops future pooled billing for that member: their existing team projects convert to their own personal projects, and any credits already spent remain charged to your account. Team seats do not add credits; the shared pool is the limit, and you can add boost packs or turn on auto-boost to extend it.

5.4 Taxes

Prices may exclude applicable sales or use taxes, which we may collect where required.

5.5 Money-back guarantee and refunds

If the product is not for you, we give your money back. Ask within 30 days of your first payment on the Social plan, or within 14 days of your first payment on a monthly plan, by emailing hello@launchvalid.com from the address on your account. We refund the whole amount you paid, and we take nothing off for the credits you spent, the posts you published, or the pages you built. A guarantee with deductions in it is not a guarantee, so there are none.

Who can ask is decided by three rules, and every one of them is about who you are rather than about what you used:

Once per customer, ever. We recognize a customer by the payment card as well as by the account, so opening a second account with the same card does not create a second guarantee.
First purchase only. The guarantee covers the first plan you buy from us, not a later one.
Never on a renewal. A year or a month that renews is not a first purchase.

A refund ends your access the same day. Your subscription is canceled, the pages you published come down (your personal page included), and posts that are scheduled but not yet sent are canceled. Posts that already went out stay on the platforms you sent them to, and taking those down is yours to do. The page that a finished video is given stays as well, because it is the address on a video that may already be out in the world, and it stays in the reduced form the Publishing Policy describes, so deleting that video from your project is what takes it down. A refund is not the same thing as a lapse: a lapsed account keeps its pages online, as described in Section 5.12.

Outside the guarantee, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout. We do not prorate a refund when you cancel partway through a period, and unused credits are an allowance for AI features rather than money you can withdraw. Credit boost and credit top-up purchases are non-refundable once the credits are on your account. Traffic Packs follow Section 5.8. The Refund Policy sets all of this out in full, along with marketplace refunds and one-time purchases.

5.6 Programs and pooled credits

A program, such as an accelerator, can fund a founder's research from a shared credit pool it owns. If you join a program as a founder, the AI features you use can draw from that pool instead of your own plan, up to the limits the program sets.

Roles and visibility. A program has these roles, and each sees only what its role allows. A program admin runs the program and manages the pool, cohorts, and members. Reviewers see applications and the materials needed to score them. Monitors can read research sections across a cohort, but not your private notebook. Founders are the people building in the program. Live working sessions have their own visibility rule, described in Section 5.7.
Graduation. When a program graduates you, billing flips back to you: pooled funding stops, and your projects continue on your own plan. Graduation does not come with credits of its own. Once pooled funding stops, AI features need your own paid subscription.
Alumni outcomes. After you graduate, a program may ask you to share outcome information (for example, funding raised or your current stage) for its alumni reporting. This capture is optional and recorded with your consent; you choose whether to share it.

5.7 Live working sessions and consent

A program can run a live working session on your project: a shared, real-time notebook where a program admin, and any monitors the admin adds, can see the session thread as it happens and ask questions grounded in your research. Because this exposes a live view of your work to the program, we ask for your explicit consent under the live session consent (version 2026-07-24), and we ask for it separately for every session. That consent plainly states that a program admin and monitors can see your session thread in real time. Accepting covers only the session you accepted for. It does not carry over, so a later session asks you again, which is also how you see the wording again if we materially change it. You can accept as soon as a session is scheduled, which lets a program admin run that session at its scheduled time whether or not you are online for it. You can decline, and no session goes live without your acceptance recorded against that session. This is separate from your private notebook, which stays private to you.

5.8 Hosting bandwidth and Traffic Packs

When you publish a validation page, a personal page, or a working app, and when a finished video is given the page described in Section 6.9, we host it and give each plan a monthly bandwidth allowance (currently 1 GB on Social, 10 GB on Starter, 30 GB on Pro, and 100 GB on Business). The allowance covers everything you have published, counted together rather than page by page, and a video counts toward it in the same way, which is worth knowing because a video that finds an audience moves far more than a page of words does. If you reach your allowance for the month, your pages stop serving and show a short “taking a break” notice until the next monthly cycle, so you are never charged just because a page gets busy. A video's page does not go blank when that happens: it keeps showing the opening frame and the words the video says, and the video itself plays again at the start of the next cycle.

Traffic Packs are optional one-time purchases that add bandwidth to a page for the current cycle, sold in fixed sizes at the prices shown on our website (currently a 20 GB pack and a 50 GB pack). Unused Traffic Pack bandwidth does not roll over; each pack applies to the monthly cycle in which it is bought.

Automatic top-up is off by default. You can turn on automatic Traffic Pack top-up for hosting; if you do, then when one of your pages nears its allowance we will charge the saved payment method on file for one Traffic Pack of the size you choose when you turn this on, without asking again at that moment, and raise that page's limit for the cycle. This is a card charge that happens when you are not present, based on the standing instruction you gave when you turned it on. We email you each time it happens. You can turn automatic top-up off at any time, which stops any future automatic charge. Because a Traffic Pack is consumed as bandwidth is served, Traffic Pack charges are non-refundable once the pack is applied, except where the law requires otherwise.

5.9 Free revision on a one-time purchase

When you buy a single deliverable on its own, such as an Investor Deck, a Brand Kit, or a Story Video, we include a limited free revision so that you can put one thing right without spending credits or subscribing. A Content Pack is a planned week of pieces rather than a single deliverable, so it does not carry a free revision of its own, and if a week is not what you paid for the Refund Policy is the route to take.

One free revision per deliverable, per project. For each document produced from a one-time purchase you may request one free revision of that document only. A Data Room counts each document in the room on its own, so a Data Room purchase carries three free document revisions. A Story Video counts as one deliverable however many scenes it has, so it carries one free revision in total.
48-hour window from when it is ready. The free revision window opens when the document is marked ready in your project, or when your video is first ready to watch, and it closes 48 hours later. Requests submitted after the window has closed require credits (through a boost or an active subscription).
Overall cap of three free revisions per project. Across every document in a project, you may claim up to three free revisions. Additional revisions after the cap require credits.
Reworking one part instead of the whole document. For the Validation Report and the Business Plan, a free revision reworks the one section you flag, and each section you flag counts as one of your three. For the Investor Deck, Investor Memo, Product Spec, and Brand Kit, a free revision replaces that document.
For a Story Video, the revision covers one scene. You pick the scene and what to change about it: remake the moving scene, change the words it says, take a new shot of the picture behind it, or have the voice say it again. Whichever of those you ask for first is the free one, the 48-hour window runs from when your video was first ready to watch rather than from your latest cut, and it counts toward the three free revisions per project.
Non-transferable and account-bound. The free revision entitlement is tied to the account that made the purchase and cannot be transferred to another account or applied to another project.
Suspended by a chargeback. If you file a chargeback or otherwise dispute the payment behind a one-time purchase, the free revision entitlement for the deliverables tied to that purchase is suspended. If the payment is later reinstated, we may restore any unused revision at our discretion.

5.10 Included first-project setup

When you start your first monthly subscription (Starter, Pro, or Business), we set up your first project for you. The setup runs automatically after checkout and produces your brand look, with three directions and one applied (you can choose to pick the direction yourself when you describe your idea), a designed logo, your product and engineering documents, a clickable prototype, a demand test page at the address shown when you created the project, and, where your answers support it, your investor pack. If you choose to add research, your research and the action plan built from it run as well, and the first research run on your account uses none of your credits.

Included and credit-free. This one setup is included with your monthly plan. It does not consume your monthly credits, and it has no separate price or cash value.
Not part of the Social plan. The Social plan is priced without it. What that plan includes is set out in Section 5.11.
Once per account. The included setup applies to one project, on your first monthly subscription. Later projects, and everything you generate after the setup finishes, use your credits in the normal way, and regenerating or editing anything the setup produced also uses credits.
It acts on your instructions. The setup generates on your behalf from what you told us when you described your idea and any optional questions you answered. Two things always remain yours to do: choosing your brand look if you asked to choose it, and publishing your demand test page, which we never do for you and which requires your consent as described in the Publishing Policy.
If a step cannot finish. If a part of the setup cannot be completed, for example the investor pack when the fundraising questions were skipped, the rest of the setup still completes and nothing is charged either way. We retry failed steps automatically, and our team can restart a stuck step for you.
Non-transferable. The included setup is tied to the account that subscribed and cannot be moved to another account or exchanged for credits or money.

5.11 The Social plan

The Social plan costs $24 for a year, charged once a year and renewing yearly at the same price unless you cancel. It is the smallest way in, and this section says exactly what it does and does not carry.

What it includes:

Your own words on your own pictures. You type the words, you supply or pick the picture, and we compose the two in the look you chose. No AI writes anything on this path, and it costs no credits.
Once a year, two posts written for you with a photograph each, and one 15 second video. Those pieces are paid for by a credit grant on each $24 year. Unused included credits lapse at the next $24 renewal. Credits you bought separately stay.
Scheduling. You plan those posts and we send them to the social accounts you connect, at the times you choose, as described in Section 6.7.
A personal page. A page about you, your practice, or your business, hosted at a LaunchValid address, which you publish yourself under the Publishing Policy.
The assistant on Telegram. Described in Section 6.8.
1 GB of hosting bandwidth a month, under Section 5.8.

The limit, stated plainly: 12 posts a month, counted as deliveries. A delivery is one post arriving at one of your accounts, so sending a single piece to three connected accounts uses three of your twelve. The count runs by calendar month, and a post counts against the month it is due to publish in, so scheduling something today for next month uses one of next month's twelve rather than one of this month's. A post counts as soon as you schedule it, and discarding it before it goes out gives the count back. When you reach twelve we tell you, and you can move to a larger plan or wait for the count to start again at the beginning of the next month. Credits never raise this limit, because the limit is about delivering and hosting rather than about AI.

It has no monthly credit allowance. Other AI writing and AI pictures are bought separately, with a top-up or a boost, and the price is always shown before you press the button. The included first-project setup in Section 5.10 comes with a monthly plan rather than with this one, and research is not included here either, so anything of that kind you add to a project is priced in credits and shows its price before it starts. People already subscribed at $12 a year keep that price and do not receive the yearly grant.

5.12 Renewal, grace, and lapse

The Social plan renews once a year at the same price, and the monthly plans renew every month. You can cancel at any time from Settings, then Billing, and canceling stops the next renewal rather than ending the time you have already paid for. The Cancellation Policy has the full detail.

If a renewal payment fails, nothing stops straight away. You get a 14-day grace period in which everything keeps working exactly as it did, and we email you to say the payment did not go through and to ask you to update your card. If the payment still has not gone through when those 14 days end, the account lapses.

What a lapsed account means, in full, because it is the part people most need to know before they buy:

Your published pages stay online, including your personal page and the page each finished video is given, and they carry a small “Built with LaunchValid” line at the bottom while the account is not paying. Paying again removes it.
Scheduling stops. You cannot schedule anything new.
Anything already scheduled is frozen rather than published. Nothing goes out from a lapsed account. The queue is kept as it is, and it starts again from where it stopped when you pay.
Exporting always works. You can download the pictures you made and your own written brief whenever you want, whether the account is paying or not.
AI features need a plan. Credits on the account cannot be spent until you subscribe again, as described in Section 5.2.

Paying during the grace period, or subscribing again after a lapse, restores everything and unfreezes the queue.

6. AI-generated content: important disclaimers

Read this section carefully.

6.1 Not professional advice

Research documents, notebook answers, concept artifacts (wireframes, brand directions, prototypes), and other AI outputs are for informational and exploratory purposes only. 6.2 Accuracy and limitations

AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. We use source citations and assumption labels where possible, but we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for verifying facts and for decisions you make based on the Service.

6.3 No guaranteed validation

We do not guarantee that your idea will succeed, that investors will approve it, or that research outputs constitute “validation” in any legal or commercial sense. We provide a structured research and execution workflow, not a promise of outcomes.

6.4 Export of legal and tax sections

Export of research (Word, PDF, Google Docs) may be restricted until applicable legal or tax sections are marked validated by an appropriate professional on the platform, where required by your plan and project settings.

6.5 Brand assets and trademark clearance

When you buy a Brand Kit, a Concept Design Studio brand, or any other deliverable that includes a wordmark, logotype, color palette, typography, or other brand assets, what we generate is a starting point, not a cleared or protectable brand. LaunchValid does not perform a trademark search, brand availability check, or clearance review of any kind, and we make no representation that a generated name, wordmark, or logo is available for use in any territory or industry.

Before you use a generated wordmark, logotype, name, or other brand asset in commerce, in a public launch, or on a filing, you are responsible for:

Running (or having an attorney run) a trademark clearance search covering the classes and territories where you intend to use the mark.
Confirming that no third party holds a conflicting registration, common-law right, or domain that would put your use at risk.
Deciding whether to register a mark, and choosing counsel to file if you do.

You bear the entire risk of using a generated brand asset without independent clearance. LaunchValid is not responsible for infringement claims, opposition, cancellation, or dilution allegations arising from a mark, name, or asset generated on the Service.

6.6 Business plan document is not legal, tax, or financial advice

A business plan document produced by LaunchValid (whether bought on its own or generated inside a subscription) is a starting-point document built from research. It is written by an AI system using the information you provide and the sources we cite, and it is intended to help you organize a plan and hand a coherent draft to advisors, an accelerator, or a bank.

A business plan document is not legal advice, is not tax advice, is not accounting or bookkeeping advice, is not investment or financial advice, and is not an offer or solicitation of securities. Any market sizing, revenue forecast, unit-economics estimate, financing recommendation, or timeline in the document is illustrative and unverified.

Before you rely on any part of a business plan document for a real-world decision (raising money, filing a document, signing a lease, hiring, or projecting cash), consult a qualified professional in the relevant field (an attorney, a CPA, a licensed financial advisor, or an accountant) and have them review the numbers and claims that matter. See Section 6.1 for the general disclaimer.

6.7 Publishing to your connected social accounts

If you connect social accounts, we can publish posts and videos there on your behalf. This section says plainly how that works, including timing, delivery, and the disclosure we make on your behalf.

We transmit what you approve. When you schedule a post or a video, or approve a week that contains them, we transmit that content to the platforms you connected, through our publishing provider. What happens on each platform is governed by that platform's own terms and the provider's terms, and a platform can refuse or remove anything you send under its own rules.
A post or a video can go out later than scheduled. We aim for the scheduled time, but delivery can fail for reasons that pass, such as a platform being briefly unavailable. When that happens we retry after a delay, so a piece can publish later than its scheduled time, and one a platform refused can be sent again when the refusal looks temporary.
Delivery is confirmed after the fact. We check with the platforms after sending whether something actually appeared, so a post recorded as posted can later be found to have been refused. If it permanently fails, we email you so the failure is never silent.
An approved week publishes itself. Approving a planned week schedules each of its pieces to publish automatically at its planned time. The planner includes a control that stops everything not yet posted; pieces that already went out stay on the platforms, and removing them there is up to you.
A video is marked as made with AI. A video we made for you is marked as made with AI wherever a platform provides a setting for content made this way, and that marking is not optional. We set it on every delivery, on every platform that offers one, and there is no switch to turn it off, because a disclosure you can decline is not a disclosure at all. Where a platform asks separately about a synthetic voice or other synthetic media, we answer that the same way. Section 6.9 sets out what else is true of a video we make for you.

6.8 The assistant on Telegram

You can link an assistant to your account and then talk to it on Telegram to make posts without opening the product. Linking is your choice and nothing happens until you make it.

How linking works. You open a link from your account, which starts a conversation with our assistant on Telegram and ties that conversation to your account. Until you do that, we hold nothing about you on Telegram.
What the assistant does. You send it a thought. It makes a post in your look and replies with a preview, and you can schedule it, edit it, or discard it. Scheduling puts the post into the same calendar the studio uses, and on the Social plan it counts toward the twelve deliveries a month described in Section 5.11.
What it costs. The ordinary path composes the words you sent, so it uses no credits at all. Asking the assistant to rewrite or improve your words is an AI action that costs credits, and it tells you the price before you accept it.
Telegram is a separate service. The messages you send the assistant, and the replies we send back, travel through Telegram under Telegram's own terms, and we do not control that service. We store the conversation identifier Telegram gives us and the messages you send the assistant, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Unlinking. You can unlink the assistant at any time from your account. Unlinking stops the assistant, and it removes the link between that Telegram conversation and your account. Deleting your account removes it too.

6.9 Videos we make for you

A video is made the way everything else here is made, which is to say by an AI system working from your research and from what you told us, so Sections 6.1 and 6.2 apply to it in full. There are four things that are true of a video in particular, and it is fairer to say them before you buy one than after.

A narrated voice is a generated voice. If you choose to have your script read aloud, that voice is generated. No person read your words, the voice is nobody's real voice and nobody's likeness, and it should never be presented as a recording of you or of anyone else. If you would rather have no voice at all, the words on screen are the alternative, and they are what a video uses unless you ask for the voice.
The pictures and the moving scenes are generated too. A generated picture gets details wrong more often than it gets a whole scene wrong: hands, small print on a sign, a product that does not look like yours, a face that shifts as the camera moves. Watch your video through before you send it anywhere, because once it is posted it is yours and we cannot take it off the platforms for you. Section 5.9 covers the free revision if a scene is not right, and the studio lets you remake any scene after that.
The music is generated for your video. It comes with the video and is yours along with it under Section 8.1. Where a platform would otherwise lay its own soundtrack over what you send, we turn that off, so the music you approved is the music people hear.
Presentation decks converted into video presentations, Companion Carousels, and Printable Cheat-Sheet PDFs. When you make a Presentation Video or convert a slide deck into a video presentation, the narration is synthesized from the presentation content and presenter notes you approve, slide typography and visual layout are preserved as designed, and you are responsible for confirming that your presentation contains only facts and claims you have authority to make. From any finished presentation video or studio video, you can also generate a seven-slide Companion Carousel (companion-carousel) formatted for social feeds and a one-page Printable Cheat-Sheet PDF (cheatsheet.pdf) summarizing the core takeaways, both of which belong to you as part of your work product under Section 8.1.
Every finished video is given a page of its own. As soon as a video is finished we put it at an address on a LaunchValid domain, so that a video you post or send can always be watched back at a link that does not expire. Anyone holding the link can open it. The page shows the video, the words it says, and your business name, and it carries a link that lets anyone tell us about a problem with it. We do this for every finished video rather than only for the ones you share, so it is worth knowing about before your first one is made. The Publishing Policy describes the page in full, including what happens to it when a plan lapses or a refund is taken, and deleting the video from your project removes the video, its files, and its page together.

7. Marketplace

If you publish tasks or participate as a seller, the Marketplace Buyer Agreement and the Marketplace Seller Agreement also apply. In case of conflict on marketplace-specific topics, those agreements control for marketplace transactions.

Summary (see full agreements for details):

Sellers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of LaunchValid.
Payments are processed via Stripe Connect. Founders fund tasks; funds are held until the founder approves the deliverable, subject to our dispute process.
Platform fee: LaunchValid retains 12% of the amount released to the seller upon founder approval.
Scope visibility: Sellers see task summaries and statements of work, not your full private research, unless you choose to share it.
Disputes: See Section 12 and the marketplace agreements.
Team Contact Reassignment on member removal: When a workspace owner or administrator removes a team member from a project, they may inspect a reassignment preview and transfer that member's outreach contacts, conversation threads, and follow-up tasks to a successor teammate so active relationships remain inside the workspace.

8. Your content and intellectual property

8.1 Your ownership

You retain ownership of business ideas, research text, imports, comments, and other content you submit (“User Content”).

As between you and LaunchValid, you also own the outputs we generate for you from your project: your research sections, notebook answers, action plan, concept and brand designs, decks, investor pack, data room documents, product and engineering documents, your social posts and the pictures made for them, the videos we make for you, including their narration and music, presentation videos, companion carousels (companion-carousel), printable cheat-sheet PDFs (cheatsheet.pdf), and the exported files of any of these (together, “Generated Output”). When a workspace owner or admin removes a workspace member and transfers their outreach contacts, threads, and tasks to a successor teammate through Team Contact Reassignment, those reassigned records remain the workspace's owned work product. To the extent any rights in Generated Output would otherwise vest in us, we assign them to you once it is generated, so “you own what you create” holds in practice. Three limits apply: (a) you do not own our underlying methodology, models, prompts, templates, or software, which produce the output but are not part of it (see Section 8.4); (b) AI can produce similar results for different people, so your ownership does not make an output exclusive or guarantee it is original or non-infringing, and you are responsible for reviewing it before you rely on or publish it; and (c) Generated Output is still subject to the disclaimers in Section 6.

8.2 License to LaunchValid

You grant LaunchValid a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and use User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service, including running AI models on your content within your project settings and team permissions.

8.3 Feedback

If you send suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.

8.4 Our IP

The Service, LaunchValid brand, software, proprietary research methodology, and underlying technology are owned by AmpFi App LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or trade secrets except limited use necessary to access the Service.

When you publish a validation page or a working app, the page or app we host for you includes our own hosting and runtime code (for example, the code that serves the page, meters bandwidth, captures leads, and connects a built app to its data). That runtime remains our property. You own the content and design of your page or app (as Generated Output and User Content under Section 8.1); you receive a limited license to use our runtime only while we host that page or app for you, and it is not yours to copy, resell, or run elsewhere.

8.5 Data you collect from other people

Some features let you collect personal information from other people: leads from your hosted pages, entries from your built apps, applicants to a program you run, and viewers of your data rooms. For that information, you are the controller and LaunchValid is your processor. We handle it on your behalf to run the feature.

Because you decide what to collect and why, you are responsible for doing so lawfully. You agree that:

You will provide your own privacy notice to the people you collect from, and you will post a link to it on every published page, intake form, and app that collects their information.
You have a lawful basis to collect and use that information, and you have any consents required where you and those people are located.
You will only collect what you need, will honor those people's privacy requests, and will not use LaunchValid to gather sensitive data you are not permitted to handle.

We give you controls to help (form fields you define, viewer allow lists, expiring share links, and export or deletion), but meeting these obligations is your responsibility, not ours.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Violate any law or third-party rights.
Upload malware, spam, or content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing.
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or seller qualifications.
Use the Service to provide unlicensed legal, medical, or regulated financial advice through the marketplace.
Circumvent credit limits, access controls, or payment flows.
Use outputs to mislead consumers or make false advertising claims.

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate accounts.

9.1 Published pages and hosted apps

When you publish a validation page, a personal page, or a working app, and when a finished video is given the page described in Section 6.9, content of yours is publicly available on our hosting, so extra rules apply. You are responsible for everything on your published page, app, or video page: it must be lawful, must not infringe anyone's rights, must not deceive the people who visit it, and must follow Section 8.5 when it collects information from other people (including posting your own privacy notice). A personal page must describe a real person or business, and it is yours to keep accurate. You may not publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, hateful, sexually exploitative, or that impersonates another person or brand.

We may remove, unpublish, or disable access to any published page, app, or video page, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe it breaks these Terms, the law, or a third party's rights, or if it creates risk for us or others. Where practical we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it, but we can act first when the content is clearly harmful or we are legally required to. Unpublishing a page does not delete your underlying project.

9.2 Copyright and takedowns

We respect intellectual property rights and expect you to do the same. If you believe content hosted through the Service (for example, on a published page or app) infringes your copyright, send a notice to copyright@launchvalid.com with: your contact details; identification of the work you say is infringed; the URL or enough detail to locate the material; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your signature (electronic is fine).

We will act on valid notices, including removing or disabling the material and, where appropriate, terminating repeat infringers. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the corresponding information, and we will follow the process the law provides.

10. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties including Google (sign-in, Drive export, and Google Sheets storage for your hosted pages and built apps), Stripe (payments), Post for Me (connecting your social accounts and delivering the posts and videos you schedule to those platforms, as described in Section 6.7), Telegram (carrying your conversation with the assistant, if you link it, as described in Section 6.8), Cloudflare (the check that tells a person from an automated request on our public pages and forms), AI processing providers, Amazon Web Services (email via SES, file storage via S3), and analytics providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel subscriptions through account settings or Stripe customer portal where available.

We may suspend (a reversible hold) or ban (a permanent closure) your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or fraud-risk signals, legal requirement, or to protect the Service or other users. A suspended or banned account cannot sign in or use marketplace, research, or payout features. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, dispute resolution) will survive.

Effect on marketplace funds. If your account is suspended or banned while you have active marketplace engagements, we will handle funds held in escrow to protect both sides: money held for undelivered work is refunded to the founder, and payouts on delivered work are frozen for review and then released to the seller or refunded to the founder once our team decides. Details are in the Marketplace Buyer Agreement and Marketplace Seller Agreement. If you believe a suspension is a mistake, contact hello@launchvalid.com.

You may request export or deletion of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention requirements.

12. Disputes between users (marketplace)

For disputes between founders and sellers regarding marketplace tasks:

Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through the Service messaging and deliverable review tools.
A founder may open a dispute during the 7-day review window after the seller submits a deliverable, before the task auto-approves. Opening a dispute stops the auto-approval clock and holds the escrowed funds until the dispute is resolved. Once a task auto-approves at the end of that window, funds release to the seller and the dispute route closes.
LaunchValid may review evidence (messages, deliverables, SOW) and recommend an outcome. LaunchValid is not a court and does not provide legal judgments.
Escrow release is triggered by founder approval, by auto-approval at the end of the review window, or by final resolution under our dispute policy. Stripe processes payouts according to Connect rules.

LaunchValid’s role is limited to platform facilitation unless otherwise required by law.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAUNCHVALID DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

LAUNCHVALID WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
LAUNCHVALID’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO LAUNCHVALID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AmpFi App LLC, its members, managers, and service providers from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, your marketplace activities, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

16. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence apply.

Informal resolution: Contact hello@launchvalid.com before filing a claim; we will try to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.

Arbitration (US users): Except for small-claims court matters and injunctive relief for IP or misuse, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Consumer Arbitration Rules. Class actions and class arbitrations are waived. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing hello@launchvalid.com with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your account email.

If arbitration is unenforceable, exclusive jurisdiction lies in state or federal courts in Wyoming.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice (email or in-app). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

18. General

Entire agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable marketplace agreements are the entire agreement regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
No waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (including entity rename or reformation).
Force majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our reasonable control.
