Working Through an Agency
Last updated: August 18, 2026
Effective date: August 18, 2026
These terms (“Terms”) supplement the Terms of Service and apply when you join an agency on LaunchValid, as a seller or as an agent.
Operator: AmpFi App LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as LaunchValid.
1. The one thing to understand before you join
Your agency pays you. LaunchValid does not.
When you deliver work through an agency, the founder contracts with the agency, and we pay the agency. Your agency then pays you, on whatever terms the two of you have agreed. We are not a party to that arrangement.
This is how you can be paid for work here without forming a company in another country. It is also the thing to be clear-eyed about: we tell your agency what it owes you, and we do not send you that money ourselves.
2. What we do and do not promise
We do:
- Show your agency, every settlement period, what you earned on work delivered through them.
- Attribute the work to you by name, alongside your agency, so the record you build is yours.
- Act if an agency is repeatedly reported for not paying its members, up to suspending it.
We do not:
- Guarantee that your agency pays you. We have no way to enforce their contract with you, and promising otherwise would be a promise we cannot keep.
- Hold money on your behalf, or pay you directly, or split a payment between your agency and you.
- Decide who is right if you and your agency disagree about what you are owed.
If your agency does not pay you, tell us. We cannot adjudicate it, and we will say so plainly rather than pretend otherwise. But we do count it, and repeated credible reports are grounds for suspending that agency.
3. Joining and leaving
Joining is by your agency’s own link. You land as pending, not active, and your agency confirms you. This is deliberate: a link can be forwarded, and once you are active your work is attributed to them.
You belong to one agency at a time. To move, leave the one you are in first.
You may leave at any time. Leaving does not change what you have already earned or what your agency already owes you. Your agency may also remove you, with the same effect.
4. Your work is yours
Work you deliver is attributed to you by name, alongside your agency. Your ratings and your delivery record follow you, not the agency, so that leaving an agency does not mean starting again.
5. What you are responsible for
- Doing the work you take on, to the standard the marketplace expects.
- Holding any license the work requires, personally. Where a category is regulated, the license must be yours: your agency holding one does not qualify you, and we verify the person.
- Your own taxes wherever you live. We do not withhold or report on your behalf; your agency may have obligations to you, which is between you and them.
6. Conduct
Everything in the Marketplace Seller Agreement about how you treat founders applies to you when you work through an agency. Working under an agency does not put you outside those rules, and serious breaches can end your access here regardless of what your agency says.
7. Changes
We may change these Terms. If we do, you will be asked to accept the new version, and the version you accepted is recorded against your membership.
8. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
