Investment committee memos
Turn an applicant, their scores, and your interview notes into one committee memo.
What it is
A memo written for your investment committee about one applicant: snapshot, problem and solution, traction, market and competition, defensibility, technology, and a candid read on strengths and weaknesses, ending with how your program can actually help this team.
Why it matters
The memo is the artifact a committee decides on, and writing it is analyst work measured in hours per company. Drafting it from material you already hold gives every applicant the same treatment and frees your team for the judgement calls.
How it works
Capture interview notes as you go and assign as many reviewers as you like. When you generate the memo it reads the application, the rubric scores and their rationales, every reviewer's recommendation, and your interview notes, then writes the draft for you to edit.
Internal, not a pitch
This is advisory writing for your committee, so it stays candid and labels what is verified against what is claimed. It is deliberately not the founder's own polished pitch memo.
