Vetted marketplace with escrow

Hire help you can check, with your money held until you approve the work.

What it is

A marketplace where founders publish tasks from their action plan or approved concept, and vetted sellers bid on them. The founder sees the seller's public profile; the seller sees a scope of work rather than your research. If you hire someone for a design or a build, they are added to the project as a reader of just the sections needed to build it, which never include your market, customer, competitor, financial, legal, or tax research.

Why it matters

When your research says you need help, you should be able to hire someone trustworthy without leaving the platform. Escrow protects both sides: the founder's money is held until they approve, and the seller knows the funds are secured before they start.

How it works

Publishing a task is available on Pro and Business. The founder accepts a bid, payment is held in escrow, the seller delivers, and on approval the payout is released minus a 12% platform fee. If you do not respond to a delivery, it approves itself and pays out after seven days, so check your deliveries. Before anything is delivered you can ask to cancel and the seller accepts or declines, and how the held money is settled depends on which side caused it. When a task is settled both sides rate each other, and a seller's rating and their record of completed work sit on the public profile you read while you compare bids. If someone behaves badly you can report them from their profile or the task page and our team reviews it. Disputes are handled by LaunchValid. Keep all payments and messages on-platform: that is what makes the protection possible.

Regulated work is checked

Legal and tax work is not open to anyone who says they do it. A seller who wants those tasks uploads their professional license, our team reviews the document, and only a verified seller can bid on them. You are hiring someone whose credentials a person has actually looked at.

Common questions

When is the seller paid?

On approval, minus a 12% platform fee. If you do not respond to a delivery it approves itself and pays out after seven days, so check your deliveries. Release is held if the seller's approval or payout setup has lapsed, or if a license their task required has expired.

What does a seller see of my research?

At bid time, a seller sees the scope of work, the task title and category, the budget range, and a short public description of your project: its public name, its tagline, and the one-paragraph brief you wrote when you described your idea. None of your research travels with it. If you hire someone for the design or development work created from an approved concept, they are added as a reader of the sections needed to build it. Those do not include your market, customer, competitor, financial, legal, or tax sections, though they do include your action plan.

Can I cancel?

Once you have hired someone and before they deliver, you can ask to cancel. The seller accepts, declines, or does not reply. If they accept, you are refunded the amount minus the platform fee. If they do not reply within five days, you are refunded in full. If they decline, our team reviews it.

Who can hire?

Publishing a task and accepting a bid are for the project owner, on Pro and Business. Anyone signed in can browse the open tasks.

How are legal and tax sellers checked?

They upload a professional license, our team reviews the document, and only a verified seller can bid on those tasks.
