Your own application form
Take applications with your own questions, wherever founders find you.
What it is
You write your program's own application questions: a short text answer, a long one, or a dropdown you set the options for, each of them optional or required. Your program keeps a default set for applicants you add by hand, and every public form you publish carries its own list, so you can ask a partner intake something different from your open round.
Why it matters
Every program asks different things, and the answers are what your rubric scores. Asking your own questions means the shortlist is built on what your program actually cares about. A CSV is read from its own column headers, so name the columns the way your questions read and the two line up.
How it works
Set your default questions in program settings, and give each public form its own list when you create it. Applicants apply through a hosted page you can link to or frame inside your own site, and you can add your site to an allowed list so a form you build yourself can post to us directly. You can still import a CSV or add an applicant by hand. Each answer is stored with the question as it was worded when it was answered, so changing your questions never rewrites past applications.
If you cannot embed
Some programs are not allowed to put an outside tool in their review flow. Import and manual entry are first-class paths, not a fallback, and everything works end to end with nothing on your site at all.
