Live working sessions
Work through a decision with a founder, inside their own research.
What it is
A shared, live thread inside a founder's project. You and the founder ask questions against their own research and see answers appear for both of you at once.
Why it matters
The most useful hour a program spends with a founder is working through a real decision, not reviewing a status update. Doing it inside the research means the answer is grounded in their evidence and does not evaporate when the call ends.
How it works
Start a session on a founder's project and invite them into it. You choose the session budget when you start it, and the room shows what has been spent against it, so a long session cannot quietly work through the pool. When it ends, the decisions and next actions fold back into their research and action plan.
Consent and privacy
The founder is asked to agree before each session opens, and is told plainly that a program person can see the session thread as it happens. Agreeing covers that session only, so the next one asks again, and a session cannot go live until they have. They can accept ahead of time, so you are not waiting on them at the hour. Their private notebook stays private.
