What it is

A Business account can invite a team of up to 100 people. Each member gets their own workspace and creates their own research projects. Those projects stay private to the person who made them, and a member chooses when they create a project whether it is funded by the team or by them, so team work runs on your balance and members never need a plan of their own.

Why it matters

Teams want to work in parallel without juggling separate subscriptions or asking one person to run everything. One plan, one bill, and one pool of credits keeps it simple. You always see who is using what, so spending stays clear.

What you can see

As the account owner you see each member's project title and how many credits it has used. You never see the research inside a member's project unless they choose to share it with you. Members can also share a project with a teammate, and you can set a company email domain so sharing across your team is quick.

How it works

Open your team page, invite people by email, and decide who can create projects. If someone already has an account they join right away, otherwise they sign in with the same email to accept. Someone who is already on another team stays with that team, so they need to leave it before your funding applies to them. You can send up to 20 invites a day. Remove a member at any time and their projects simply become their own again.
