The twelve dollar plan
Twelve dollars for the year, twelve posts a month, and a page about you on the web.
What twelve dollars buys
Social costs twelve dollars for the year, charged once, which works out at a dollar a month. It covers twelve posts a month sent to the accounts you have connected, your own words composed onto your own pictures in your own colors and fonts, a page about you live at your own web address, and an assistant on Telegram you can send a thought to and get a designed post back from. That is the whole offer, and the cap is on the card you buy from rather than behind a tooltip, because a limit you only meet after paying is a limit you were sold without.
Twelve posts, counted the way they are delivered
One designed picture sent to three connected accounts counts as three, not one, because three is what reaches an audience and three is what it costs to deliver. Counting it as one would mean somebody cross posting to seven places gets seven times the delivery for the same twelve dollars, and a plan priced on a fiction is a plan that gets withdrawn. The count runs on the calendar month a post goes out in rather than the month you scheduled it, so planning a month ahead works normally. A post you cancel gives its slot straight back, and one that failed to deliver was never counted.
It comes with no credits, and says so before you pay
Composing your own words onto a background or onto a picture you already have calls nothing that has to be paid for, so it is included, and so is your page, and so is scheduling. Asking for writing or for a picture to be made for you does call a model, which costs real money, so those are bought separately and the price is on the button before you press it. That is why the plan is twelve dollars rather than forty: you are not being charged in advance for work you may never ask for.
When the month's posts are used up
You get a short sheet with three real ways forward rather than a line of red text. A monthly plan carries no post count at all, so that is the one that adds deliveries today. A small pack of credits buys the writing and pictures for the posts you get ready between now and the first, and the sheet says plainly that credits do not buy deliveries, because pretending otherwise would sell you the wrong thing. And waiting is a genuine answer, so it has a button too, with the date your next post arrives written on it. Nothing on that sheet is a button you cannot press.
Renewing, and changing your mind
It renews yearly at twelve dollars and you can cancel at any time. The money back guarantee on Social runs thirty days rather than fourteen, it covers the first purchase rather than a renewal, and it can be used once per customer, counted by the payment card as well as by the email address. Those limits sit beside the button that takes your money. If a renewal ever fails, nothing is switched off that day: you get fourteen days and a reminder before anything changes.
What it does not include, said plainly
The research across fifteen topics, the clickable prototype, the demand page at your own address and hiring an expert are what the monthly plans are for, and they start at Starter. You are not shown padlocked buttons for them here: where something belongs to a bigger plan, the screen says which plan and what it costs rather than dangling it. Research can still be bought on this plan with credits, at the depth you choose and the price shown first, and it is priced rather than free, because the free first run belongs to the monthly plans.
Common questions
Is it really twelve dollars for the whole year?
Yes, charged once. The checkout says yearly and the amount is twelve dollars. We lead with the yearly figure rather than a dollar a month, because the yearly figure is the one that leaves your account.
What counts as one of my twelve posts?
One delivery to one account. A single picture sent to three accounts uses three, because that is three audiences reached and three deliveries made. Canceling a scheduled post gives the slot back, and a post that failed to deliver never used one.
Can I get writing and pictures on this plan?
Yes, by buying credits when you want them, with the price on the button before you press. Nothing is locked to a bigger plan, and composing your own words onto your own pictures stays free however many you make.
What happens at the end of the year?
It renews at twelve dollars unless you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from the billing screen. If the card fails, you get fourteen days and a reminder before anything changes, and your page stays up throughout.
Can I move up later without losing anything?
Yes. Your look, your pictures, your posts and your page stay exactly where they are, and a monthly plan adds the research, the prototype, the demand page, hiring, and a monthly credit allowance instead of a post count.
